Embodied Self-Tenderness: A Somatic Lens on Existential-Humanistic Values with Jocelyn Steury
In this presentation and experiential, Jocelyn Steury will speak to ways we can fortify trust in and through the body when we are interfacing with both the vulnerability of our self-critic and the existential anxiety of our impermanence. Using somatic centering approaches rooted in polyvagal theory and nervous system resilience, she’ll offer exercises and frameworks that participants can template on their body and add to their own tool kit.
