We are in the midst of a psychedelic renaissance. The role of psychedelics and the ethics around their use in a therapy practice require careful consideration. Research shows that psychedelic therapy is extremely effective in working with a wide range of mental health conditions and existential issues. What does this mean for us as psychotherapists? Join us at our salon to explore these topics and more. We welcome professionals and students with all levels of knowledge and experience. The salon will be facilitated by board members Jackie Potter, CSWA and past president Bob Edelstein, LMFT, MFT on 5/22/21 10am-12pm via Zoom.
Jackie Potter, CSWA, is an Existential-Humanistic psychotherapist with a focus on trauma and psychedelic integration. She has completed a Fluence psychedelic integration and preparation training with Ingmar Gorman, PhD and Elizabeth Nielsen, PhD and is a member of the Psychedelic Integration Network in Portland, OR.
Bob Edelstein, LMFT, MFT, is an Existential-Humanistic psychotherapist with over forty-five years of experience.
